About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a pivotal role in Learning & Development, Content Creation, Instructional Design, Program & Project Coordination, Communications, Facilitation, Training and Content delivery
Report directly to the SVP of Organizational Development
Be a working contributor from the start, supported by leadership
Draft processes when they do not exist yet
Create engaging learning experiences for adult learners
Coordinate and facilitate workshops
Manage multiple projects with a focus on urgency and importance
Actively seek feedback and treat deliverables as living documents.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
Demonstrated experience creating and delivering professional development or leadership training programs
Strong communication skills
Project coordination and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity
Self-starter
Ability to manage multiple large-scale, multi-year projects simultaneously
Capacity for holding complexity while maintaining clarity
Ability to create content for defined audiences and adapt as necessary
Strong relationship-building skills with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members.
