Requirements
- Associate’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in project coordination, communication, and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and concierge quality customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including promotional writing and telephone skills
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in database management, reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Wrike experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain/manage multiple projects and events simultaneously with full attention to detail
