About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and concept work for frame development (from sketch to model/prototype)
Product development in SolidWorks (form, function, construction)
Model construction in the in-house design workshop
Preparation of technical documentation and renderings
Successful and timely implementation of designs in collaboration with international suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in design (e.g., Industrial Design) or a related field
Solid understanding of common design principles and hand/drawing representation techniques
Advanced CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks
Advanced knowledge of KeyShot and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with a structured approach
Strong manual/model-making skills to validate design progress using physical models
Passion for bicycles and future mobility solutions
Good technical understanding
Willingness to travel
Good command of English and German
