Inside Sales Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing of client enquiries and orders
- Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses as well as participation if necessary
- Customer advice regarding assortment
- Coordination of production & delivery dates
- Constant contact with field staff, service staff, accounting and other departments
- Ensuring the legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
- Preparation of all export documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
- Ideally, German as your native language or comparable language skills
- Very good language skills in Polnish, English skills are an advantage
- Organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Ability to work independently
- Basic technical understanding
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
