About the role
- Lead a team of around 5 employees
- Independently and creatively design and develop new CUBE accessory products
- Define specifications and select materials
- Communicate, liaise and coordinate with the team, suppliers and customers
- Ensure successful, on-schedule realization of designs in collaboration with manufacturers
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent training in industrial or product design
- Several years of experience in product development
- Experience in a leadership role (desirable)
- Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks)
- Strong hands-on skills for reviewing designs at the model stage
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong affinity for new media
- Good command of English and German
