About the role
- Product quality inspection through continuous evaluation of production processes
- Creation of work instructions and assembly manuals
- Inspections and measures to ensure product quality
- Identification and assessment of defects; analysis of failure potential
- Support in issuing and analyzing quality metrics
- Implementation of appropriate corrective actions and safety measures
- Planning and execution of incoming goods inspections
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a bike shop / bicycle service / bicycle industry
- Strong technical understanding of products and manufacturing/processes
- Knowledge of technical testing methods and technical statistics; SPC experience desirable
- Good English and German language skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in quality assurance and production is an advantage
