About the role
- Lead a team of approximately 5 employees
- Independently drive creative concept development and design of new CUBE accessory products
- Specification and material selection
- Communication, coordination and alignment within the team, with suppliers and with customers
- Successful and timely implementation of designs in collaboration with manufacturers
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Industrial Design or Product Design
- Several years of professional experience in product development
- Desirable: prior experience with personnel / line management responsibilities
- Strong CAD skills in SolidWorks
- Well-developed hands-on/model-making skills to verify the design process
- Good knowledge of common Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Language skills: English required
