About the role

  • Lead a team of approx. 5 employees
  • Independently drive creative design discovery and development of new CUBE accessories products
  • Specification and material selection
  • Communication, alignment and coordination within the team, with suppliers and customers
  • Successful and timely implementation of designs in collaboration with manufacturers

Requirements

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification in industrial or product design
  • Several years of professional experience in product development
  • Desirable: prior experience with personnel/people management
  • Strong CAD skills in SolidWorks
  • Well-developed hands-on/model-making skills to validate the design process using prototypes
  • Good knowledge of common graphic programs in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Language skills: English required
