About the role
- Project Setup & Administration: Convert approved sales orders into project shells in our core systems, verifying the accuracy of all project data.
- Procurement & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the procurement workflow by validating product lists, signaling readiness for purchase to the Finance team, and tracking all shipments and deliveries on behalf of the Project Manager.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain the master resource schedule, manage high-priority scheduled tasks, and proactively identify potential resource conflicts.
- PMO Workflow & Data Integrity: Ensure the health and accuracy of our PMO tools (ConnectWise, TopLeft) by managing the weekly time entry compliance process and conducting regular audits of project cards to verify status updates and workflow adherence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, sales support, or operations role, preferably within an IT or professional services environment.
- A natural sense of ownership and a passion for process improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in WLAN technologies including, but not limited to, Meraki, UniFi, and Cisco.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in project management principles.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience with an MSP or using a PSA tool like Connectwise is a strong plus.
