About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and evolve our mobile applications across iOS and/or Android
  • Drive and shape our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) architecture and shared code strategy
  • Own technical decisions, code quality, and long-term maintainability
  • Leverage Gen AI tools (e.g. Claude Code), deeply integrated into your development workflow
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, backend teams, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Contribute to a strong engineering culture and evolve best practices by mentoring engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong track record of shipping professional apps on iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) for tens of thousands of users
  • AI-first mindset: you master Generative AI as a multiplier across the SDLC
  • Experience creating your own skills and driving spec-driven development across your team
  • Deep understanding of mobile architectures, including all aspects of the end-to-end app lifecycle
  • Skilled in scaling and optimizing mobile applications, including debugging cross-platform apps
  • Proven ability to facilitate and communicate architectural decisions across teams
  • Able to onboard others to modern engineering practices and processes (Git, CI/CD, testing strategies, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or strong interest in building cross-platform shared logic
