About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement and continuously refine our social media strategy with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
Conceptualize, produce and publish aesthetic, platform-appropriate content focused on engagement and performance (video & static), including editing and copywriting.
Create and maintain editorial calendars and monitor trends, platform updates and algorithms.
Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand presence.
Select and liaise with suitable content creators and influencer profiles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in social media / content creation, ideally at a brand or agency.
Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, with an understanding of minimalist, clean brand design.
Always up to date with social media trends and passionate about beauty and lifestyle topics.
Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro and Canva.
Strong communication skills, reading comprehension and writing ability.
Highly organized with a structured, independent working style, strong solution orientation and a hands-on mentality.
Ideally experience with or willingness to appear on camera occasionally.
Very good German and English skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
