About the role
- Own and execute end-to-end research across the product lifecycle (discovery, ideation, prototyping, usability testing) using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Lead high-impact research initiatives that answer complex product and business questions and influence product direction
- Collaborate closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering to identify opportunities and embed insights into decision-making
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights through storytelling, visualizations, and strong stakeholder engagement
- Build and scale research frameworks and systems to enable continuous learning, faster iteration, and improved decision quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX research (mixed methods) with strong expertise in qualitative (e.g. interviews, usability) and quantitative methods (e.g. surveys, behavioral analysis)
- Proven ability to build scalable research systems/frameworks and drive research impact in both agile and structured environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to translate complex insights into clear narratives
- Solid academic or practical background in research methodology, statistics, and data interpretation , plus a relevant degree (e.g. HCI, Psychology, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools in research workflows , combined with a collaborative, empathetic, and resilient working style and fluency in English and German.
