About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique programs that can oversee several projects in parallel
- Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset
- Experience in cultivating and growing a portfolio of projects and client accounts by identifying opportunities, expanding services, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Travel extensively throughout Massachusetts to support client engagements, conduct site visits, and foster relationships with project stakeholders, with an expected on-site presence of approximately 25–50%.
- Flexibility to attend evening town meetings, public hearings, and community engagement events as required is essential.
