Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique programs that can oversee several projects in parallel
Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset
Experience in cultivating and growing a portfolio of projects and client accounts by identifying opportunities, expanding services, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Travel extensively throughout Massachusetts to support client engagements, conduct site visits, and foster relationships with project stakeholders, with an expected on-site presence of approximately 25–50%.
Flexibility to attend evening town meetings, public hearings, and community engagement events as required is essential.
