About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Senior Analyst, you provide holistic, strategic consulting to our clients on optimizing their IT processes, enterprise architectures, and digital target states
- You analyze and prioritize complex business requirements and translate them into robust, implementation‑oriented IT concepts
- You advise C‑level management on the structural advancement and modernization of IT landscapes
- You analyze and model business processes, software solutions, and IT landscapes at a level that considers technical, organizational, and strategic interdependencies
- You take responsibility for the functional guidance and support of IT implementation projects, acting as a central link between business stakeholders, architecture, developers, and project management, and ensuring clear, goal‑oriented communication and decision‑making in both directions
- You develop solid technical implementation concepts from complex, pre‑qualified specifications, evaluate solution options, and derive technical recommendations — including system integration, data flows, interfaces, and quality requirements
- Depending on the project, you may take responsibility for quality assurance, test and release management, or technical architecture reviews and act as a trusted sparring partner for clients and teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree, IT‑related training, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience as a technical Product Owner, technical project lead, or IT Business Analyst — ideally in complex transformation or architecture projects
- Broad IT generalist knowledge with a solid technical understanding, e.g., software development (e.g., Java), system architectures, interface technologies, and basic IT security principles
- Solid experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum/SAFe as well as classic analysis and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0, UML, process analysis tools)
- Strong interest in strategic issues of large corporations in the context of digitalization and enterprise architecture
- Above‑average abstraction ability, analytical strength, and the ability to present technical relationships clearly, structured, and understandably
- High degree of autonomy, commitment to quality, interdisciplinary thinking, and team orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluent German and English language skills.
