About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support large and complex engagements within the Lead Tax Services group
- Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base
- Conduct technical tax research
- Advise clients on federal tax matters
- Assist with planning and execution of specialized projects
- Prepare and technically review corporate, partnership, S corporation, and individual income tax returns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- Apply tax research and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Master’s in Taxation or LL.M. preferred
- CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam required
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience
- Experience with consolidated C corporations, ASC 740 (FAS 109), FIN 48, partnerships, S corporations, individual taxation, and/or multi-state taxation
- Strong client service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Effective writing, communication, analytical, and tax research skills
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization
