About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions aligned to client objectives and industry best practices
  • Design solution architectures covering integrations, data management, and application security
  • Configure D365 ERP Operations modules across sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, production, product information, and asset management
  • Develop functional solution designs for enhancements and customizations
  • Analyze and optimize operations and logistics business processes
  • Partner with executive stakeholders and business users to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions
  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops and create functional specifications, business scenarios, and solution documentation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementations and build client relationships
  • Develop training materials, conduct user training, and drive adoption
  • Lead solution testing, quality assurance, and validation activities
  • Produce functional, business process, design, and testing documentation
  • Manage project deliverables, identify risks, and communicate mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, analysts, change management professionals, Microsoft, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Mentor and develop consultants
  • Stay current on D365 ERP innovations and industry trends
  • Support ERP strategy, service offerings, proposals, sales pursuits, and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management required; candidates with an MBA, JD, PhD, or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management may substitute the certification requirement
  • 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain Management) or equivalent ERP solutions
  • Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support
  • Deep functional expertise in procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, production, planning, asset management, and related supply chain processes
  • Experience designing ERP solution architecture, integrations, data management, and security
  • Experience developing functional requirements, solution designs, testing strategies, and implementation documentation
  • Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring implementation teams
  • Ability to travel as client engagements require
  • Crowe Dynamics 365 certification may be substituted by an MBA, JD, PhD, or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
