About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Talent Business Leaders and Advisors to support the execution of core talent processes across the employee lifecycle
- Serve as the point of coordination for operational tasks such as Leaves of Absence (LOA), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and relocations
- Act as a resource to employees and leaders by addressing routine talent-related inquiries and escalating complex matters as appropriate
- Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for review by the Talent Business Advisory and BU Operations teams
- Assist in identifying data trends or inconsistencies that may inform talent decisions or process improvements
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all actions and communications
- Help drive awareness and understanding of talent programs through employee education and communication support
- Contribute to the implementation of firmwide and business-unit-specific talent programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree preferred but not required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required including prior HR experience required
- Strong Excel experience, proficient in other MS Office 365 applications
- Working knowledge of Chat GPT, Claude, or Copilot
- Professional services experience especially in a Consulting environment is a plus
- Workday experience a plus
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
