About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Talent Business Leaders and Advisors to support the execution of core talent processes across the employee lifecycle
Serve as the point of coordination for operational tasks such as Leaves of Absence (LOA), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and relocations
Act as a resource to employees and leaders by addressing routine talent-related inquiries and escalating complex matters as appropriate
Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for review by the Talent Business Advisory and BU Operations teams
Assist in identifying data trends or inconsistencies that may inform talent decisions or process improvements
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all actions and communications
Help drive awareness and understanding of talent programs through employee education and communication support
Contribute to the implementation of firmwide and business-unit-specific talent programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree preferred but not required
3 to 5 years of relevant experience required including prior HR experience required
Strong Excel experience, proficient in other MS Office 365 applications
Working knowledge of Chat GPT, Claude, or Copilot
Professional services experience especially in a Consulting environment is a plus
Workday experience a plus
Strong administrative and organizational skills
