Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Partner with Product Manager and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable product requirements
Lead refinement sessions to decompose features into user stories and tasks
Conduct product presentations to communicate value and capabilities
Manage and refine the product backlog based on business value and technical complexity

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of BA and/or Product Owner experience
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong understanding of work decomposition techniques
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient level of understanding of Product Development and Software Development Life Cycles
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tool
Experience using generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar technologies to support business analysis, product ownership, and Agile delivery activities.
