About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client engagements in a variety of industries, focused on establishing, enhancing, and maturing Business Resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments, critical process identification, and dependency mapping across client organizations
Facilitate the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) across client organizations
Support clients in establishing technology enablement, resilience metrics, reporting dashboards, testing programs, and ongoing governance processes
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams
Planning and executing cybersecurity and business resilience assessments across domains
Lead and participate in client BCP tabletop sessions
Mentor and supervise junior consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering business resilience program implementations and assessments
Strong working knowledge of Operational Resilience concepts such as BIA, BCP, DRP
BCP tabletop facilitation
Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through deliverables with limited oversight
Strong written and verbal communication skills
