About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Manage engagement execution, including planning, staffing, timelines, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, private equity firms, and management
  • Analyze financial records and operational data to assess quality of earnings and cash flow trends
  • Lead management interviews and identify transaction risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
  • Review analyses, workpapers, and reports to ensure quality
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior Associates and Associates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in Assurance (Audit) or Transaction Services Consulting
  • Experience leading financial due diligence engagements
  • Active CPA license preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Healthcare services experience preferred (e.g., physician practices, dental practices, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
