About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Manage engagement execution, including planning, staffing, timelines, and deliverables
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, private equity firms, and management
Analyze financial records and operational data to assess quality of earnings and cash flow trends
Lead management interviews and identify transaction risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
Review analyses, workpapers, and reports to ensure quality
Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior Associates and Associates

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in Assurance (Audit) or Transaction Services Consulting
Experience leading financial due diligence engagements
Active CPA license preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Healthcare services experience preferred (e.g., physician practices, dental practices, etc.)
Strong analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills
Willing to travel up to 20%
