Key responsibilities & impact

Leverage experience to manage and execute ASC 740 projects
Manage staff, oversee document receipt, review taxable income calculations, and audit the client's income tax provision
Foster team growth and development, serve as a mentor by imparting technical knowledge
Provide guidance and support to direct reports and contribute to special projects
Review income tax provisions under ASC 740
Document tax positions and analyses under FIN 48
Coordinate subject matter experts
Review taxable income by entity and consolidation
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Deliver professional services to clients, including consulting, tax planning, compliance, and research
Develop high-level relationships with clients and referral sources
Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements
Research and consult on complex tax matters
Work with state-of-the-art equipment for tax-efficient strategies
Lead, mentor, and coach interns and staff
Review taxable income calculations and manage processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Active CPA license required
8+ years of experience working on ASC 740 projects in public accounting or corporate/public blend required
ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) Software experience is required
