Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM strongly preferred
Active CPA license required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in tax with a public accounting firm, corporate environment, or a blend of both
Demonstrated leadership skills, with proven success managing client service teams and complex projects
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong technical skills in federal tax research, compliance, and planning.
