About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform assessments by conducting operational and shop-floor observations.
Develop and deploy internal controls and organizational metrics dashboards.
Develop, manage, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
Deliver training, coach, and mentor Project Champions.
Leverage the flexibility of Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant degree is required.
Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience required.
Operations consulting is a plus.
Must be willing to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening, weekly.
Self-starter with a creative mind who takes initiative and ownership.
Proven track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results.
Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint abilities are essential.
