About the role
- Provide strong, hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Contribute to technical design sessions, code development, peer reviews, and deployment planning
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system defects and data inconsistencies
- Support monitoring of system performance and proactively help maintain optimal system health
- Implement minor-to-medium complexity enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure
- Experience in technical support, mentoring, and solution delivery
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within D365 F&O environments
- Strong understanding of system defects and data inconsistencies
