Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strong, hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure
Experience in technical support, mentoring, and solution delivery
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within D365 F&O environments
Strong understanding of system defects and data inconsistencies
