Drive operational excellence across the DFD / IR practice.
Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, managed, delivered on time, and executed to quality standards.
Manage capacity, optimize resource utilization, and maintain workflow discipline.
Track active engagements and ensure milestones are met.
Partner with Project Executives and the billing team for timely billing.
Support operational standards and develop processes for efficiency.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing project workflows, staffing models, and resource capacity in a professional services-based organization.
Working knowledge and experience within digital forensics, cybersecurity, or eDiscovery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
Experience working with project management systems (e.g., ClickUp or similar tools).
Experience coordinating with billing teams and managing engagement lifecycle processes.
