About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the integration of digital tools and applications from local subsidiaries into our clients' global solutions landscape
Analyze existing data structures, business processes, and underlying business logic in locally developed applications and tools
Collaborate with local subject matter experts and external partners to understand legacy data models, document requirements, and define transformation rules
Map local data structures to the target data models of global solutions and ensure data consistency, quality, and completeness throughout the migration process
Design, implement, and maintain repeatable data transformation and migration processes, including the automation of data preparation and integration activities
Support global solution rollouts through accurate and reliable data migration from local systems
Create and maintain clear documentation of data mappings, transformation logic, and business rules to ensure transparency and long-term maintainability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, relational databases, and data structures
Proven experience analyzing source data, understanding business logic, and translating requirements into efficient data models and transformation rules
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA scripting and process automation
Practical experience working with common data exchange formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and data relationships
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English
