About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the daily operations of the sales team; coach and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Support sales representatives during discovery calls, pitches, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve customer acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless, scalable go-to-market process.
- Analyze sales activities and provide regular performance reports to enable data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in B2B sales for mid-market and enterprise customers, as well as in SaaS and HR-tech / wellbeing / health environments.
- Several years of proven success in leading and training high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Good knowledge of marketing and customer success workflows.
- Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimizing strategies and processes.
- German and English language skills at C1/C2 level.
