About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and continuously improve modern test automation and test framework solutions for complex enterprise applications
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and DevOps processes to ensure high-quality, stable software releases
- Execute functional, integration, performance and load tests and continuously optimize software quality
- Promote a "Quality First" culture through close collaboration with development teams, architects and business units
- Continuously improve test strategies, test processes and automation standards in an agile, cross-functional environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with industry-standard automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright
- Strong scripting skills in Java, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Confident use of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps) to integrate automated tests into the software lifecycle
- Understanding of Clean Code principles, modular architectures and the ability to critically evaluate and sustainably optimize existing solutions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, openness to constructive feedback and enjoyment of working in diverse, agile teams
- Very good German language skills
