About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expert for maintaining and optimising business-critical applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Investigate incidents, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and ensure smooth system performance
- Act as a trusted support partner for internal stakeholders, delivering timely and solution-oriented assistance
- Work closely with developers and operations teams to improve application stability and user experience
- Drive continuous improvement through structured documentation, change coordination, and process optimisation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, and Application Support
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and independently
- Excellent communication skills in German 🇩🇪 and confidence working with technical & business stakeholders
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, structured documentation practices, and customer-oriented support delivery
- Nice to have: experience with Azure DevOps, JavaScript/programming, or broader ServiceNow platform administration
