About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles across Germany
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruiting team
- Advise and coach top leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development
- Drive cultural and organizational transformation initiatives in close partnership with the HR Director, ensuring alignment with company vision and market goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in leading and developing recruiting teams in scale-up environments during hypergrowth phases
- Strong capability to advise and coach senior leaders, including top management, on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Solid track record of successfully hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
- Demonstrated success in driving cultural and organizational transformation in collaboration with HR leadership
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
