About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on defining and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and strategies using Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
Analyze existing ALM landscapes and identify opportunities for optimization across Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM environments
Support the selection and deployment of appropriate ALM tools and technologies, with a focus on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
Conduct training sessions and workshops to transfer ALM knowledge to clients and team members, covering Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM functionality
Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions based on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
Continuously develop your own ALM expertise, particularly regarding Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent German and English
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as an SAP Solution Manager consultant or in related areas of Application Lifecycle Management
Solid knowledge of ALM methods, processes and tools, especially Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
Experience implementing and configuring SAP Solution Manager, as well as Jira and Cloud ALM
Strong customer orientation and consulting skills
