About the role
- Support client in harmonizing the UI/UX across various internal applications
- Analyze existing applications and propose a unified design system
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance existing UI/UX designs
- Integrate the client guidelines and accessibility feedback into design proposals
- Draft comprehensive design and development guidelines for implementation teams
- Customize selected UI frameworks to align with the proposed design system
- Support onboarding of new applications into the harmonized design system
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams in English
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in web graphic design
- Strong proficiency in HTML
- Strong proficiency in CSS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Solid experience with Figma
- Familiarity with UI frameworks and their customization
- Angular knowledge is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex design challenges and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
