Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in software engineering
Production CLOB experience
Perpetuals and derivatives depth
Risk system ownership
Low-latency systems expertise
Proficiency in Rust, Java or C++
Strong understanding of threading models
Hands-on experience with low-latency messaging infrastructure
Familiarity with distributed systems
Experience validating correctness at integration boundaries
