Key responsibilities & impact- The SDR/BDR professional will be responsible for directly driving the company's demand generation by conducting active prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating commercial opportunities.
- This PJ (contractor) position plays a strategic role in CRM7's commercial growth and offers strong potential for professional development within consultative sales, business, and digital transformation areas.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial writing skills.
- Analytical and organized profile.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented profile.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in pre-sales.
- Experience with outbound prospecting.
- Desirable experience in SaaS technology companies or startups; familiarity with RD Station, Pipefy, Pipedrive, Meetime, Exact Sales, or TOTVS is a plus.
