About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate customer meetings by accurately capturing minutes and action items.
- Monitor action item status and proactively coordinate progress updates with key stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives, including researching, drafting, and authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely and coordinate among military, DoD, and other clients.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOP), training materials, and other guidance as required.
- Perform training as necessary.
- Coordinate with technical, financial, or other relevant points of contact at Navy/Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DoD), and other government agencies.
- Ensure AIRWorks processes, tools, and reporting capabilities are effective and up to date.
- Analyzes requirements, status and schedules.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category
- A BA/BS degree
- Six (6) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Associate’s degree plus four (4) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Familiarity with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint/Teams)
- Experience with document configuration control and records management practices.
- Ability to communicate well in team environments
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to adapt well in virtual and dynamic team environments.
- Ability to work independently and comfortably taking initiative.
