About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate customer meetings by accurately capturing minutes and action items.
  • Monitor action item status and proactively coordinate progress updates with key stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives, including researching, drafting, and authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely and coordinate among military, DoD, and other clients.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOP), training materials, and other guidance as required.
  • Perform training as necessary.
  • Coordinate with technical, financial, or other relevant points of contact at Navy/Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DoD), and other government agencies.
  • Ensure AIRWorks processes, tools, and reporting capabilities are effective and up to date.
  • Analyzes requirements, status and schedules.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category
  • A BA/BS degree
  • Six (6) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Associate’s degree plus four (4) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Familiarity with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint/Teams)
  • Experience with document configuration control and records management practices.
  • Ability to communicate well in team environments
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt well in virtual and dynamic team environments.
  • Ability to work independently and comfortably taking initiative.
