About the role

  • Assist Project Leads with monitoring and reporting on the overall financial health of projects
  • Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts
  • Conduct quantitative analyses of project requirements, status, and schedules to determine funding needs and identify risks
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of project funding
  • Work closely with Business Financial Managers (BFM)
  • Participate in financial reviews
  • Assist in preparation of monthly reports financial charts and inputs for briefings
  • Track, review, and analyze contract deliverables as compared to project baselines
  • Reconcile weekly financial reports from Navy Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Provide support with resource planning and execution tracking
  • Maintain documentation in SharePoint
  • Assist with project cost estimates
  • Contribute to the development of new project proposals
  • Assist in development, review, revision, and routing of Statements of Objective, Statements of Work, and Justification and Approvals
  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate, attend and participate in meetings, design reviews, and other meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with ten (10) years relevant experience
  • An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
  • Active Secret Clearance
