Director, Franchise Sales
CRISP & GREEN®Director of Franchise Sales responsible for driving franchise growth through lead generation and deal execution for Steele Brands Management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate leads for potential franchisees through various channels
- Source, qualify, and close new franchise candidates through proactive outreach and strategic networking
- Partnership with the development team to identify growth areas
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Deliver compelling brand presentations and discovery day experiences
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure successful onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise development
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, influencing, and closing franchise agreements
- Proven ability to “hunt” for qualified leads and build a high-conversion pipeline
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales and development goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined
- Relationship-builder with strong influence and persuasion abilities
