About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for the 988 Crisis Services team
Supervise and support a multidisciplinary workforce, fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence
Ensure high-quality crisis intervention services across phone, chat, and text platforms
Partner with the Clinical Director to implement new services, technology, and best practices
Use data and performance insights to strengthen service delivery and meet state and national standards
Support hiring, training, coaching, and professional development of clinical staff
Build strong relationships with internal programs and external partners statewide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
Independent or associate clinical licensure (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) with ability to obtain Washington State licensure
Mental Health Professional (MHP) status in Washington or ability to obtain
4–5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health crisis services
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort with technology in a remote environment
