About the role

  • Maintain and update statewide MOUD and Next-Day SUD appointment availability
  • Build relationships with clinics and providers, especially in underserved regions
  • Host and attend statewide provider meetings
  • Run custom reports and analyze trends across calls, chats, emails, and searches
  • Support system customization, testing, and implementation
  • Maintain dashboards and perform regular quality assurance
  • Collaborate closely with our Data Department and clinical MOUD team
  • Respond to internal and external data requests
  • Help shape the future of our expanding programs

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills (80% proficiency required)
  • A curious, creative, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent time management and communication
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Preferred: experience with database queries, health & human services, SUD/MOUD resources, or taxonomy principles
