About the role
- Maintain and update statewide MOUD and Next-Day SUD appointment availability
- Build relationships with clinics and providers, especially in underserved regions
- Host and attend statewide provider meetings
- Run custom reports and analyze trends across calls, chats, emails, and searches
- Support system customization, testing, and implementation
- Maintain dashboards and perform regular quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with our Data Department and clinical MOUD team
- Respond to internal and external data requests
- Help shape the future of our expanding programs
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (80% proficiency required)
- A curious, creative, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent time management and communication
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Preferred: experience with database queries, health & human services, SUD/MOUD resources, or taxonomy principles
