Key responsibilities & impact

Teach engaging PE and Health through live virtual classrooms to Years 9-12 students
Deliver Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, and NCEA Levels 2-3 curriculum
Work fully remotely from anywhere in New Zealand while building a supportive, connected learning community
Deliver inspiring live online Health and PE lessons
Design personalised learning experiences
Build trust-based relationships with students in a virtual environment
Collaborate with a high-calibre team of innovative educators
Support student progress through differentiated instruction
Provide meaningful formative assessment, with quality feedback, feed-forward, and summative assessment, aligned to curriculum goals
Contribute positively to the functioning and growth of the curriculum team
Develop genuine partnerships with, and report to parents and caregivers to support learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

NZ Teaching Registration
Teaching qualification and subject expertise
Strong knowledge of NCEA curriculum (Levels 2-3)
Excellent communication skills and comfort with digital technology
IGCSE teaching experience (desirable)
Online or blended learning experience (desirable)
Familiarity with educational technology and AI platforms (desirable)
