About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for assigned client portfolios
Review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy and compliance
Manage, coach, and evaluate Senior Accountants and Accounting Associates
Serve as primary client contact for ongoing accounting needs and issue resolution
Manage workflows, deadlines, and resource allocation across client engagements
Support process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Demonstrated experience managing accounting teams and client relationships
Experience overseeing month-end close and outsourced accounting services
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
