About the role
- Custodial platform management (Schwab Advisor Center specifically)
- Compliance coordination with external consultants (ADV filings, annual reviews, regulatory correspondence)
- Client service operations (onboarding, account maintenance, service requests)
- Technology stack administration (CRM, portfolio management system, document management)
- Process documentation and SOP creation
- Internal workflow and project tracking across Cross Financial and Crete partner firms
Requirements
- Financial services operations professionals with 5+ years of experience
- Self-directed, highly organized individuals who excel in remote environments
- Strong communicators who can manage client and internal interactions confidently
- Professionals who enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and ensuring execution
- Someone who wants to be indispensable, not interchangeable
- Strongly Preferred: Schwab Advisor Services experience
- Tools or Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Advyzon experience
- RIA or financial planning operations background
- Client service experience in advisory environments
- Task, workflow, and deadline management expertise
- Exposure to trust and estate planning processes
