Prepare individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax returns and provide tax planning and consulting services to high-end and medium-sized businesses and high net worth clientele
Maintain tax prep priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
Work with efficiency and at times under pressure; meet tight deadlines and work flexible shifts
Work independently or as part of a team and train on/adapt to different processes and methods
Perform workpaper write-ups, obtain and save client documents, prepare journal entries, and occasional bookkeeping
Engage professionally with clients and support client advisory needs
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with tax preparation and accounting
Experience in public accounting (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to professionally engage with clients, verbally and in writing
Proficiency working with a computer and software
Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements a plus
Experience with Click Up, Engagement, and QuickBooks is a big plus
Legally authorized to work in the US (application asks about work authorization and sponsorship)
