About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as Product Owner in agile projects, responsible for designing products and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with architecture to translate business requirements into epics and user stories
- Guide teams and remove impediments to ensure project execution
- Lead problem resolution and continuous improvement of solutions
- Identify stakeholders and motivate working groups
- Work with development to ensure understanding of the product vision and the delivery of robust, reusable features
- Develop detailed product and project specifications
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories and clarify the team’s questions
- Identify gaps and overlaps in features with other Solutions Analysts
- Manage internal product and project documentation
- Ensure deliveries are visible, clear, and transparent
- Study regulations, gather requirements, and prepare technical documentation
- Prepare reports and deliver internal and external presentations
- Provide third-level support to cooperatives for the solutions and products under your responsibility
- Apply consistent knowledge of product and process characteristics, rules, objectives, and positioning
- Deliver products and processes with high added value for the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Good communication skills and systems thinking
- Experience in requirements analysis
- Experience in mapping and modeling business processes
- Experience with traditional project methodologies (PMI) and/or agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience with financial products
- Knowledge of technical and financial feasibility
