About the role
- Act as the Product Owner in Agile projects, responsible for designing products and innovative solutions within the company;
- Collaborate with the architecture team to translate business requirements into Epics and User Stories for implementation by development teams;
- Provide guidance and remove obstacles to ensure successful project execution;
- Lead problem solving and continuous improvement of the solution, identifying key stakeholders and motivating working groups to improve specific topics;
- Work with development teams to ensure they understand the product or project vision and are delivering robust, reusable assets;
- Develop detailed product or project specifications so they are clearly understood by development teams;
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories and clarify any questions from the team;
- Work with other Solutions Analysts to identify capability gaps and overlaps, ensuring high reuse across projects and products;
- Manage internal product/project documentation;
- Ensure project deliveries are visible, clear, and transparent to all stakeholders;
- Study regulations, gather requirements, and contribute to the preparation of technical documentation for products;
- Prepare reports and deliver internal and external presentations;
- Provide third-level (Tier 3) support for cooperatives regarding the solutions and products they are responsible for;
- Maintain clear and consistent knowledge of the characteristics, rules, objectives, and positioning of the products and processes they work on;
- Deliver products and processes with high added value to the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields;
- Strong communication skills and systems thinking;
- Experience in requirements analysis, business process mapping and modeling, and project methodologies — traditional (PMI) and/or agile (Scrum or Kanban);
- Experience with financial products;
- Understanding of technical and financial feasibility concepts.
- Differentials:
