About the role

  • Perform activities related to the development, deployment and monitoring of systems, evaluating received functional and non-functional requirements to develop or maintain system features, monitoring deployments and performance, and applying development best practices.
  • Create and maintain API and microservice solutions;
  • Develop new features following story specifications and business requirements;
  • Provide support for existing software;
  • Proactively investigate issues and propose solutions, considering advantages and disadvantages whenever possible;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT (Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields).
  • Strong experience developing Backend systems in high-complexity projects.
  • Proficiency with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.5+ (including WebFlux, Spring Data JPA and Spring Data Redis).
  • Expertise in implementing microservices and REST APIs documented with Swagger.
  • Experience with Docker and Helm charts.
  • Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis and Flyway migration tool.
  • Experience with ActiveMQ/ArtemisMQ.
  • Strong experience with JUnit, Mockito and code coverage practices.
  • Implementation of metrics using Micrometer and familiarity with monitoring in Grafana.
  • Knowledge and experience with Azure Cloud environments.
  • Proficient use of Git (GitLab), Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Application of Clean Code principles, Design Patterns and AOP logging.
