- New customer acquisition (B2B): You proactively reach out to potential clients and conduct persuasive sales conversations.
- Proposals & closures: You prepare proposals, follow them up, and successfully close deals.
- Customer retention: You build long-term relationships and develop them further.
- Shape the future: You contribute ideas to optimize our sales processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some initial experience in sales or a strong drive to start a career in sales — career changers are welcome
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with people
- Curiosity and initiative to identify and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Goal-oriented — you are not deterred by a “no”, but see it as an invitation to improve
- Team player, reliable, and eager to grow together
- Strong German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C2); English skills are a plus
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn)
