About the role
- Quality assurance of case reviews and risk analyses when engaging third-party services (QECI assessment)
- Support in maintaining, updating and quality-assuring the outsourcing register (EBA) and the information register (DORA)
- Follow-up on information requests to other departments
- Contributing to the further development of the outsourcing strategy, policy and processes
- Preparation, support and follow-up for internal and external audits
Requirements
- Degree in business/economics or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in outsourcing management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, MaRisk, EBA) and an understanding of governance, risk and compliance structures within banks/credit institutions
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and structuring skills
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and cooperation abilities, and a sensitive approach to handling data
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken German and English
