About the role
- Further development, management and technical responsibility for the IT Security program of Creditplus Bank AG
- Strategic planning and design of IT security architecture and infrastructure
- Conducting security audits and penetration tests, and deriving technical and organizational measures
- IT security incident management and proactive vulnerability management
- Drafting, maintaining and improving security policies, procedures and controls
- Advising IT architecture, software development and project teams on all security-related matters
- Active participation in IT risk management and close collaboration with (senior) IT management
- Monitoring and managing relevant external service providers
- Supporting IT infrastructure with administrative tasks (within the scope of your seniority and focus areas)
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a comparable technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in operational IT security management
- Solid knowledge in core security areas such as network/communication security, endpoint security and server security
- Extensive experience with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 270xx, BSI IT‑Grundschutz, DORA, NIST)
- Know-how in establishing and developing information security management systems (ISMS)
- Ability to interpret best-practice approaches and translate them into technical and organizational requirements
- Business-fluent German and English skills
