About the role
- Develop innovative IT solution strategies to implement bank-wide business processes in alignment with the overall business strategy
- Analyze and model requirements, business processes, and their interfaces — from As-Is to To-Be perspectives
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions for requirements gathering and decision-making
- Produce clear documentation such as use cases, user stories, and process models
- Continuously improve our business analysis methods and the use of AI and agile methodologies
Requirements
- Degree in IT or a business-related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or consultant in requirements engineering, ideally within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical skills, high affinity for data, and enthusiasm for diving deep into complex topics
- Strong interest in collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams as well as external partners
- Excellent German and good English language skills
